Add lemon juice and arrowroot starch to a small mixing bowl and whisk to thoroughly dissolve. Then add to coconut cream mixture and stir. Lastly, add maple syrup (starting with lesser amount // 1 Tbsp as original recipe is written // adjust if altering batch size) and whisk again until well combined.
Instructions. In a small saucepan (*see tip) over medium heat, whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt, and lemon juice until smooth. Add in the butter and lemon zest and continue cooking until the mixture is thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon, whisking constantly, about 10 minutes. *See note.

Nakonec přidáme máslo a smetanu. 5) Formu na cupcakes vyložíme papírovými košíčky, které Lemon curd: Všechny suroviny kromě másla zahřejeme v páře za občasného míchání do zhoustnutí při teplotě ideálně přes 70 stupňů. Sundáme misku z páry, necháme krém zchladnout a zašleháme máslo do krémova. V uzavřené sklenici můžeme skladovat v lednici zhruba týden.
1. Lemon Curd. This list starts off right, with a classic fruit curd. It’s lip-puckering lemon-flavored, silky smooth, and tasty as heck. It’s also very easy to make. All you need are lemons, eggs, sugar, butter, a good arm, and a little bit of time. There’s a lot of whisking, but it’s worth it.
Heat the sugar together with the lemon juice, lemon rind and butter over medium heat to melt the butter and dissolve the sugar. Lightly whisk the eggs and yolk then pour slowly in the hot lemon mixture whisking the whole time. Strain back into the saucepan and cook gently over low heat until the mixture thickens.

Instructions. Put the lemon juice, eggs, sugar, and salt in your high speed blender. Blend on high for 5 minutes. Turn the speed down to medium and remove the little lid plug. Drop pieces of butter through the hole, one by one. Finish by blending another 30 seconds. Pour into a clean jar or jars.
