First I want to say thanks to Kunos for porting this game to PS4 its not been an easy port and as with Project Cars I was frustrated in the beginning, but thats because I kept trying to play after working all day. Finally last night I sat down and dialed in the PS4 controller and I have to say the game is a joy to play now.
Hopeit helps: There are 2 main ways to get traffic that I've found so far: 1. Track Day Mode + New AI Behavior: Flood Mode enabled. 2. Practice mode + Object Inspector App + Traffic Tool. For track-day mode: The map must have a designated "track", otherwise the AI doesn't drive.

Makesure you configure any such security software to allow ACS.EXE (and all of the other .exe's that AC has) to run, even if you have to configure a security exception on the entire AC folder. So when I have hardware lock on AC CM off, it works fine - the wheel rotation matches 1:1 with the virtual wheel rotation, but I can go beyond the car's maximum rotation.
