Like the other guys said, the answer is to meet the requirements, form kingdom by pressing the button in the top right cnr of the clan tab. Once you have formed your kingdom, talk to quest giver. If you talk about forming your own kingdom you can only say you are still working on it. It also helps a lot if you get your relationship up to about 60 with everyone you care about being friends with, before you leave the kingdom. You lose 40 when you leave, and you need a positive relationship (can’t remember how high exactly) for nobles to let you accept their quests when you’re not a part of their kingdom. j00j.
